M9Game Terms and Conditions — User Rules and Rights

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.5 Cash Out

The cash out feature — closing a bet early before the final result — is available on selected markets at m9game. The cash out value is calculated dynamically based on the odds at the time of the request. m9game may temporarily suspend cash out during live events under high-volatility conditions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

M9game offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis — including a welcome bonus on the first deposit, weekly cashback, boosted odds on Brasileirão classics, and free bets for special events. Each promotion has its own terms available on the offer page, but the general rules below apply to all of them:

• Every bonus is subject to a rollover requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made). The standard rollover at m9game is 10x the bonus value on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion rules.
• Bonuses and bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the real balance generated after completing the rollover is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bets resulting in cancellation, refund, or cash out do not count toward the rollover calculation.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the User

11.2 Closure by m9game

M9game may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

M9game employs all available technical resources to ensure platform stability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, m9game is not liable for bets lost due to technical failures, but commits to reimbursing bets demonstrably affected by verified system errors.

13. Changes to These Terms

M9game may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, platform operations, or betting market conditions.
